This printer turns on fine with no errors. However this item has failed the printing test. Magenta Cartridge needs to be replaced or cleaned, as there is a magenta tone that is left on the page. The roller needs to be cleaned. This item is not suitable for an office as it needs to be repaired.

Toner levels – Black 60% / Cyan 0% / Magenta 30% needs to be replaced due to leak / Yellow 20%
