Our in-house team of IT engineers are all trained and cleared to a high level of security (both CTC and CRB).
Security and compliance
We are ADISA Microsoft refurbish and Blancco accredited. All data bearing devices are securely data wiped on magnetic hard drives, using specialist software; certified by the National Cyber Security Centre.
Fully tested and prepared
Following secure wiping, we reconfigure, repair and comprehensively test redundant assets to prepare them for reuse. All our refurbished computers are data-wiped, PA tested (electrical safety) and functionality tested.
Refunds, returns and warranties provided
Our customers are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations which govern consumer purchases online and all equipment is covered by a warranty.

Our refurbished IT equipment is on average 60-70% cheaper than buying new.

Delivery
All equipment is delivered by courier unless you make alternative arrangements. Delivery is charged extra and priced individually according to the postcode of the delivery address.
IT Resale is our online shop for quality used IT and electrical equipment from well-known brands to individuals and businesses. All equipment is fully tested and prepared for use. All data bearing devices are securely data wiped to the highest standards by our security clear staff using specialist software certified by National Cyber Security and approved by Defence INFOSEC Security Centre.
Each computer we sell is supplied with a power lead, keyboard and mouse (where required). Computers and laptops can be loaded with Windows 10 Pro upon request at additional cost.
Last year we recently expanded our secure storage area and developed an additional area for secure date eradication. Our specialist IT team has grown to eight staff over the past year and we are now able to report carbon savings. In the last 18 months we have been able to save 9 tonnes of CO2 by refurbishing equipment.
