If you wish to contact us in relation to a product you have received, or if you are a consumer and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0208 976 2100 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
Damaged or Faulty Products
All products received from us must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we can either repair, replace or refund the price of the defective product. Please return the product to us at Crown Workspace, IT Resale Team, 1 Ardra Road, London, N9 0BD in the original packaging with proof of purchase. If the products are not suitable for posting, please allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection.
If you are a consumer, any further rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Cancellation – Consumers only
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which you received the products. To cancel your order, please complete and return the cancellation form.
We will refund all payments received from you in respect of your order, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs of non-standard delivery). You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products to us.
You do not have the right to cancel an order for:
- sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are unsealed after you receive them;
- products which have been modified or tailored to your specifications; and
- products that are clearly personalised.
Where you are entitled to cancel, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
