IT Resale provides 3 Month Warranty for all products on the website. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
The Warranty that we provide only covers hardware faults such as:
– Hard drive failure
– Memory issues
– Screen/Display issues
– Faulty Keyboard/trackpad/speakers
– CPU Fan or PSU issues for PCs
– AC Adapter issues for Laptops
The warranty does not cover:
– Software issues (Corrupt OS, Viruses/Malware/Ransomware)
– Accidental physical damage
– Water damage
– Misuse or intentional damage
– Ink/Toner cartridges
– Dead batteries
As batteries are consumables and deteriorate over time, batteries are not covered under the warranty. The product listing’s description will specify the battery condition.
If you are having issues with your item, and it falls under the warranty specified, please ensure to contact us within 3 months of purchase and we will either: Repair the item, offer a replacement, or return the item for a full refund.
Certain product types may come with void warranty stickers to prevent tampering with the product. Removing this sticker will void your warranty and we will no longer be responsible for repairing the product, arranging a replacement, or providing a refund.
The warranty provided is UK based. If you are located outside of the UK, and would like to return an item under warranty, you are responsible for returning the item, which includes delivery and Import/Customers Duty charges. Any repairs or replacements that we provide can only be shipped to UK addresses. If you are within the UK, we will arrange a courier to collect the faulty item from your preferred address. When any necessary repairs or replacements are made, we will send you the item back free of charge.
We offer a 30-day return period starting from date of purchase should you change your mind with your product. You will be responsible for returning the product to us and ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
Please return the product to us at Crown Workspace (IT Resale), 1 Ardra Road, London, N9 0BD in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Please ensure you use a tracking service with the courier when sending the product. Once we receive the product you will be refunded in full.
If the products are not suitable for posting, we can collect them from you. The cost of collection and postage will be deducted from your refund.
If you are a consumer, any further rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Cancellation – Consumers only
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which you received the products. To cancel your order, please complete and return the cancellation form.
We will refund all payments received from you in respect of your order, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs of non-standard delivery). You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products to us.
You do not have the right to cancel an order for:
- sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are unsealed after you receive them;
- products which have been modified or tailored to your specifications; and
- products that are clearly personalised.
Where you are entitled to cancel, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
