All printers are tested by our trusty technicians where they look for cosmetic damaged and printing quality. To be classified as a Grade A, a printer must pass the printing quality with no smudges or faded lines whilst printing. Grade A printers may have some cosmetic damaged like scratches on the outside casing. Hardware will have up to 50% life expectancy (Drum Roll / Fuser Role) printing with A quality. As ink / toner is a consumable this will be displayed in the technical specification of each printer. Please note you may receive a Printer with no ink.
